Dear Chris
I just noticed something really not fair! my ranking is not moving at all no matter if I win against people better ranked than me. Saturday for example I beated btrap87 which was ranked 78, after losing from me he went down to 88 but strangely my ranking is not improving at all, it is always at 514, I made you and Paul aware of this situation few months ago but nothing has improved. I'm wandering is there is any ban or block on my account. I find this situation really discriminating, I may have done some mistakes in the past, your panishment of dropping me from the top 30 position to the 514 was already very excessive, at least now just give me the change to coming back, just to play fair.

It is now couple of months I have been asking an explanation about my account being frozen, my ranking is not moving even when I win against better ranked players. I have been asking to Chris and Paul, Chris telling me he's not really in charge of the site while Paul he's simply ignoring my emails.
I love playing tennis and I would like to have the possibility to climb back the ranking, I'm kindly ask the webmaster to take a final decision to remove any limitation on my account or to suspend my account for good, but if you letting me in please remove the limitation as it is really not fair, black or white, yes or not, I don't like anything in between!
